Purchases via Apple App Store
For purchases made through the Apple App Store, customers must request a refund directly from Apple. Please follow these steps:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with your Apple ID.
- Select “I’d like to,” then choose “Request a refund.”
- Follow the prompts to complete your refund request.
Purchases via Google Play Store
For purchases made through the Google Play Store, customers must request a refund directly from Google. Please follow these steps:
- Open the Google Play Store and sign in with the account used for purchase.
- Go to the app’s page and tap “Refund” or use the method below:
- Tap your profile picture, then select “Payments & subscriptions.”
- Tap “Budget & history,” locate your purchase, and select “Report a problem.”
- Choose a reason for the refund and submit your request.

Purchases via earmark.app
For purchases made directly on our website (earmark.app), please follow these steps to request a refund:
- Send an email to support@earmarkcpe.com from the email address associated with your Earmark account.
- Include a copy of your purchase receipt in the email.
Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds will be granted if no courses have been completed.
- Refunds will also be considered if a technical issue cannot be resolved.
Please allow us up to 10 business days to process your refund request. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
