We offer a flexible, remote work environment where your performance and results matter more than the hours you clock. At Earmark, we believe in anywhere, anytime work. Partner Success Coordinator (Webinars)
Remote | Part Time | 10–20 hours
Accounting software companies and professional-services firms buy webinar packages from Earmark to reach our audience. You make sure every partner gets full value from theirs. Think customer success, with a producer’s headset on.
Role Overview
Our partners are busy teams. You make a webinar with Earmark the easiest item on their list: plan the calendar with them, shape topics, handle the prep, and get every session they’ve bought in front of accountants.
You’ll report to Christine Flaherty, Director of Events, and work closely with Candelaria Borda Di Pardo on partner relationships. Recording sessions are booked between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. MST (Arizona time, which doesn’t change for daylight saving; that’s 16:00–21:00 UTC), when partners from the East Coast to the West Coast are all at work. Outside those sessions, your schedule is yours.
Key Responsibilities
Partner success
- Own a group of webinar partners and keep track of what each one has bought, what they’ve used, and what’s coming next.
- Reach out first. Propose dates and topics, and get sessions on the calendar before anyone has to ask.
- Help partners line up their instructors, and help them recruit one when they don’t have someone ready.
- Do the legwork: draft outlines, gather instructor bios and headshots, and keep every session on schedule.
- Keep our sales and partnerships team posted on how each partner is doing, and pass along the ones ready for more.
Production
- Schedule instructors, run tech checks, and help them feel at ease on camera. Many aren’t professional presenters.
- Write the plan for each session and coordinate slides with our production team and designers.
- Run sessions in StreamYard. Most are recorded ahead and released on demand, and live events are on the table too, so you’ll get range.
- Work with our compliance lead on the paperwork each course needs to award credit, and see every session through until it’s live in the app.
- Share results after each session and sharpen our Process Street checklists.
How We’ll Measure Success
- Program usage: the share of purchased webinars that actually get delivered. This is the number that matters most.
- A full calendar: every partner with sessions remaining has the next one booked.
- On time, ready to go: sessions happen on the agreed date, with instructor and slides prepared.
By 90 days, you own the partner calendar and you’re telling us what to change.
Qualifications
- You’ve worked in customer success, account management, or event or webinar coordination, and you’re the one who follows up.
- You can keep a dozen conversations moving without dropping one.
- You write clearly and warmly. People answer your emails.
- You stay calm when tech misbehaves and can talk a nervous instructor through a fix.
- You’re comfortable with StreamYard, Zoom, Riverside, or similar, and with AI tools.
- You work well on your own and are happy to track hours in Time Doctor.
- You’re available for sessions booked between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. MST on weekdays, scheduled well in advance.
- A background in accounting, finance, or professional services is a plus.
Compensation
- $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience
- Part-time contractor, hourly: about 10–20 hours a week, busier around recording dates
- Fully remote
Social Media Coordinator
Remote | Part Time | 10-20 hours
If you’re ready to flex your creative muscles in the accounting world and help build a brand that’s changing the way financial professionals earn CPE, this is your role. Please send your resume and a brief cover letter explaining why you are the perfect fit for this role to jobs@earmark.me. We look forward to hearing from you!
Role Overview
We’re looking for a part-time Social Media Coordinator who’s equal parts creative and curious. Someone who understands the accounting world and knows how to speak to it in a way that’s engaging, credible, and dare we say, bold. You’ll be the voice of Earmark across LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, and more. You’ll start conversations, respond to our community, and create content that makes accounting professionals stop scrolling and actually pay attention.
This isn’t a role where you clock in, post a graphic, and disappear. We want someone who’s genuinely invested in the community we’re building.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and publish original content across Earmark’s social platforms that educates, engages, and connects with accounting professionals
- Monitor comments, questions, and DMs across platforms and respond in a timely, on-brand way
- Collaborate with our Marketing Team to build content around podcast episodes, webinars, and events
- Bring bold, fresh ideas for how Earmark can show up meaningfully in the accounting community
- Track engagement metrics and share insights on what’s resonating and what isn’t
- Be an active, enthusiastic presence that reflects who Earmark is
Qualifications
- Genuine interest in accounting, finance, or the business side of professional services
- Prior social media experience
- Strong writing skills with the ability to match tone to a professional audience, credible when it counts, conversational when it fits. If you’ve ever made an accountant laugh during busy season, first of all, how, and second, we need you.
- Comfortable managing multiple platforms and juggling priorities independently
- Self-starter who can work independently in a remote setting
- Quick learner who’s comfortable learning new software tools
Compensation
- Part-time, approximately 10–20 hours per week.
- Pay is $17–$22/hour depending on experience.
- Remote and flexible schedule.
